House Rules (The easy kind.)

The home sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with the option to host up to 10.

If you’re travelling as a larger group, we can easily set up:

• An additional single bed in the Queen bedroom
• A day bed in the media room

Just let us know before you arrive so everything’s ready for you.
An additional guest charge applies for stays of more than 8 guests, up to a maximum of 10.

If you’re travelling as a larger group, we can easily pair your booking up:

• An additional single bed in the Queen bedroom in the Pool House

Just let us know before you arrive so everything’s ready for you.

The home sleeps 2 guests comfortably, with the option for extra capacity.

We have a Labrador (Max) and a Pug (Milo) and love pets, but we do need to check before arrival. Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.

Please let us know in advance if you’re planning to bring a pet so we can confirm suitability.

Service animals are, of course, always accommodated

Small, low-key gatherings are fine — but parties, events or functions aren’t permitted.

If you’re unsure whether your plans fit the bill, just ask Amy — she’s happy to help.

We're sweet with that as long as its restricted to outside.

To keep the home fresh for everyone, smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes aren’t permitted inside the house. 

If you speak to Amy before arrival she will arrange ash trays and external smoking areas.
